We only offer exchange, and that too under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange:
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
• The product must be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value. If the new item is of higher value, the customer will need to pay the difference.
• Customers will be responsible for shipping costs both ways (returning the original item and receiving the new one).
Non-Exchangeable Items:
• Items that show signs of use, damage, or any alterations.
• Any request made after the 3-day window.
